It is my honor to lead the Consulting Group for Engineering Services, which was established with a clear vision to deliver integrated engineering solutions grounded in scientific knowledge, extensive experience, and full compliance with approved codes and standards.

Throughout my professional career, I have had the privilege of serving as the former Head of the National Housing and Building Research Center, as well as the Technical Inspection Authority on Construction Works. I am also proud of my roles as a member and chair of committees responsible for developing the Egyptian Codes and the Unified Arab Building Code under the League of Arab States, in addition to my membership in the International Building Organization. These experiences have been a key driver in establishing a precise scientific approach within our group—one that is built on quality, discipline, and professionalism.

At our group, we do not merely provide engineering designs; we offer a fully integrated system of services, including soil investigations, architectural and structural design, electromechanical and sanitary design, interior design, project management, construction supervision, and quality control. We also specialize in structural assessment, strengthening and rehabilitation works, as well as the preparation of specialized technical reports.

I am supported by a distinguished team of experts and consultants across various engineering disciplines, many of whom contribute to the development of Egyptian and Arab engineering codes. This strengthens our ability to deliver precise, innovative, and reliable engineering solutions.
